Description of Service

We provide private dance classes, dance performances, and other teaching services primarily in students’ homes and/or place of their choosing. A deposit is required beforehand to make a reservation, and the remaining full payment is requested when the lesson is completed (unless a package is purchased, in which case classes are redeemed each time class is held) and/or the service is fulfilled. The client agrees to pay for the classes, performances, and/or services described in the invoice.

Cancellation Policy

A valid credit/debit card will be required to book all appointments. All information is encrypted and will not be viewed by our systems. If you know you're going to be late or need to cancel, please give us ample time to rearrange the current schedule, and give us the opportunity to fill the vacant space. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours for any cancellations or reschedules. The client acknowledges and agrees that any reservation canceled within 12 hours will result in a cancellation fee totaling 50% of the service booked.

Force Majeure

Sol & Jun LLC shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature.

Limitation of Liability

The client acknowledges and agrees that Sol & Jun LLC will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.

No Guarantee

The client acknowledges and agrees that Sol & Jun LLC cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. Best efforts will be used but no results are promised.
